Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the execution of the Company’s business solutions marketing strategy for small and medium-sized enterprises and for the wholesale sector. This includes responsibility for brand compliance of all campaigns and collateral across all business services segments; additionally, the incumbent will leverage the company’s marketing technology tools in support of its key strategic initiatives to drive market penetration and growth.

The incumbent will also provide support in the creation of marketing programs to increase the portfolio's share in all business services sectors. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to ensure all campaign assets and CBS collateral elements (including, but not limited to, email, digital, and web) are aligned to Cogeco brand and are in compliance with established requirements and brand standards.
  • Responsible to implement online personalized marketing programs and journeys in Pardot.
  • Supports Marketing Campaign Managers to write agency briefs, develop and implement communications initiatives aimed at acquiring new customers, cross-selling, upselling and  retaining customers.
  • Produce (conception and edition) and coordinate the distribution of external communications and marketing collaterals.
  • Works closely with the Sales Effectiveness department to establish a sales assistance process: product documentation, sales training material and positioning for external communications.
  • Supports the Product Management team in planning launch activities of new products, offers and customer solutions.
  • Participates in and contributes to the strategic planning and budgeting processes.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or commerce or any equivalent combination of training and experience
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in business-to-business context.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Pardot or another marketing automation tool is essential.
  • Knowledge of the SME or wholesale market is essential.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is an asset
  • Team player able to work in multidisciplinary groups.
  • Excellent English and French oral and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Details-oriented and very customer-focused.
  • Superior strategic and problem-solving skills.
  • Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) are an asset.
