We seek an Email and SMS Coordinator.

As our Email and SMS Coordinator, you will be creating meaningful emails and SMS to foster the relationship with our customers. Using best in class Salesforce Marketing Cloud tool, you will get the opportunity to build mass & segmented email campaigns. You’ll be contributing to increase potential revenues with lead nurturing campaigns as well as foster loyalty and satisfaction with our customer base.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Influence & Support omnichannel strategy with the Transformation office
  • Build, schedule and test email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Work with stakeholders to establish test calendars to maximize the key metrics
  • Contribute to the email prioritisation and customer experience roadmap
  • Serve as email marketing practice lead, contribute to email marketing brief and content building
  • Participate in the creation of segmented strategies and journeys
  • Establish tagging strategies for each email 
  • Create test plans, iterate and drive improvement
  • Analyze the obtained results and adjust the actions accordingly

Job requirements:

  • Knowledge of mass emailing/segmentation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • University degree related to digital marketing, computer science or online technologies or combination of any equivalent education and experience
  • 2 years experience including at least 1 year of experience working in email or with a Saas platform
  • Knowledge of HTML and SQL.  AMPscript is a plus
  • Strong understanding of email/SMS regulations
  • Performance marketing expertise (SEM, Affiliate marketing) is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Analytical skills, curiosity and proactivity
  • Creativity and problem solving
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
