The Voice Product Manager owns the growing voice portfolio for Cogeco Business Solutions.  In this role you will build and manage Business Voice products, including Hosted PBX, SIP and VoIP, work on strategic projects, and connect with customers and partners every day to grow the business that you drive.  Ideal role for a go-getter to drive a rapid evolution product, and develop your career with our highly experienced team of communications experts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own your portfolios’ evolution & roadmap, customer experience and strategy
  • Responsible for the ongoing, sustained, and dynamic support to be provided to the Sales channel in the form of personal coaching, knowledge sharing and sales tools development
  • Drive high-visibility development projects, evolving our service delivery on Hosted PBX and SIP products
  • Lead development of inter-departmental solutions to problems impacting delivery of the portfolio
  • Contribute to retention, up sell, cross sell and acquisition campaigns by product, portfolio and segments, be passionate about managing KPIs to sustain/improve performance
  • Gain a deep understanding of voice customer market needs and of the fundamental trends defining the playing field
  • Work on the analysis, recommendation and introduction of new Business Solutions services and products.

Job requirements:

  • French and English bilingualism both oral and written required
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business or Commerce.
  • 5+ years’ Product Management experience
  • Experience in the telecom or related industries is an asset
  • Courageous leader that analyze well, act quickly, and make great, pragmatic decisions
  • Strong team player that’s not afraid to get things done, both solo and across teams
  • Be able to build compelling business cases/presentations and get others excited about them
