The Market Manager, Wholesale Solutions leads our B2B market unit’s product & marketing strategy and tactics for the Wholesale and TPIA (Third Party Internet Access) segments in close partnership with the Wholesale channel.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Market Manager, Wholesale Solutions a typical day might include the following: 

  • Responsible for the in-year and 3 year P&L for wholesale products and services.
  • Own your products’ evolution, customer experience and strategy as well as define the solution value proposition.
  • Work in close collaboration with our Regulatory department and the Sales and Account management team for anything related to TPIA.
  • Develop and maintain a Wholesale Solutions roadmap and product plans.
  • Closely collaborate with the Retail product team to align on future services and solutions as well as market overarching changes.
  • Work on the analysis, recommendation and introduction of new Wholesale Solutions services and products.
  • Understand Wholesale related service implementation processes and drive its optimization for all offered services and solutions. 
  • Build and manage market competitive pricing across segments and markets, manage pricing and derogation requests. 
  • Contributing to retention, up sell, cross sell and acquisition campaigns by product, portfolio and segments.
  • Briefing collateral, sales training material and positioning for communications. 
  • Participate in and contribute to the strategic planning and budgeting process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Be able to build compelling business cases/recommendations and present them, ideally in English and French.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Commerce or Engineering.
  • A Master’s of Business Administration is an asset.
  • Experience in the telecom, media, software or related industries preferred, ideally obtained in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of Internet, fibre and networking technology is an asset.
  • Experience with working in a regulated market such as TPIA is an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, product marketing, channel management or a similar field.
  • Bilingual, French and English.
