Reporting to the Sr. Director, IT & Architecture, the Director is responsible for planning CCX solution and data architecture and assisting in the development of short to long the long-term strategy in alignment with the organization’s goals and Enterprise architecture. 

The director will develop and lead team of solution architects and data architect that explore and execute on technology opportunities and options that are aligned with the long term organizational objectives. He will be called on to conduct analysis to determine the best path for solving business problems/opportunities that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, change management and/or software.

The Director must demonstrate an ability to stay ahead of the business and technology trends to ensure the IT architecture evolves at a pace capable of supporting changing business environments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with business line to translate business needs in solution and services for the organization.
  • Develop architecture road maps that integrate solutions across various platforms.
  • Take a leadership role and manage Solution and data Architecture initiatives, proof of concepts, and product review and selection.
  • Active involvement in the creation and maintenance of the long-term IT Architecture strategy in alignment with corporate business objectives.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards and adoption requirements across the enterprise.
  • Continually assess tools, models, sources and processes to ensure we maintain a best-in-class data analytics strategy.
  • Develop and support team skills evolution in relation with market trends evolution and CCX strategy needs.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Background TOGAF certification or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 12  years’ experience in Information technology.
  • 3 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, cross-functional teams, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.
  • Experience in areas such as architecture (solution, application, infrastructure, business or data), business systems support and administration, business analyst, and technology adoption.
  • Experience in Cloud-based delivery models (laaS, PaaS, SaaS), and market leader GCP (added value), AWS, Azure.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team building, performance management and people development (coaching/mentoring).
  • Strong technology research skillset with proven ability to architect and present technology alternatives based on scope-level business concepts.
